Returns and Refunds Policy

At VrindaaVogue, we strive to ensure that each product we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. All items undergo a thorough quality inspection prior to dispatch. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Returns Due to Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item is received in a damaged or faulty condition, we request that you notify us in writing at sales@vrindaavogue.com.au within 48 hours of receipt. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, we require:
- A clear, unedited opening video of the parcel from the moment of opening to the final unboxing.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label.
Our team will respond within 24 hours of receiving your correspondence.
All returns must be shipped to us within 2 business days of receiving our confirmation and must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact.
If the claim is validated, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- A replacement of the damaged item,
- A credit note for future purchases, or
A refund to the original payment method.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns

An item is eligible for return only under the following condition:
- The product was damaged during shipping and this can be substantiated with the opening video.
Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return or refund in the following situations:
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear post-delivery.
- Claims based on change of mind or personal preference (e.g., “item does not suit me”).
- Items that do not fit, where sizing details were provided in the product description.
- Items that have been opened, used, altered, or are no longer in their original packaging.
- Pre-Order items, which are produced and reserved specifically upon request and are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Exchanges
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing at sales@vrindaavogue.com.au within 24 hours of placing the order. Provided your order has not been processed or shipped, we will honour the cancellation and issue a full refund.
After 24 hours, or if the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 3–4 business days. International orders may experience extended delivery times due to customs and logistical factors.
Additional customs duties or import fees applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Should any additional shipping charges arise post-checkout, the customer will be notified and payment must be made prior to dispatch.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved under the conditions outlined above:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
- Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
VrindaaVogue reserves the right to amend this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our Website.
