This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders placed through the VrindaaVogue website (www.vrindaavogue.com.au) are processed, shipped, and delivered. This policy applies to all purchases made via web or mobile platforms and is governed by the laws of Australia
Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date the order is received.
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods (e.g., promotional sales, holidays, or product launches).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Australia
- We offer standard and express shipping options through reputable Australian courier partners.
- Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas only)
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service
Shipping to New Zealand
- We provide international shipping to New Zealand via tracked courier services.
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Additional duties, taxes, or import charges may be applicable and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Shipping (Other Countries)
- International orders outside Australia and New Zealand may be possible upon request. Please contact sales@vrindaavogue.com.au to enquire about shipping availability, timeframes, and costs.
- VrindaaVogue is not responsible for any customs delays, taxes, or duties incurred once the parcel has left Australia.
Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order items are made-to-order and will be dispatched only when stock becomes available.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
- Pre-order timeframes will be noted on the product page. These are estimates and subject to change.
Delivery Tracking
- All parcels are dispatched with tracking numbers, which will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels and ensuring someone is available to receive delivery.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, lack of access, or absence, the customer may be required to pay re-delivery or return shipping charges.
Missed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via email at sales@vrindaavogue.com.au
- Claims for damage must include a video recording of the parcel being opened, starting from the sealed package, and clear evidence of the issue.
- Once verified, we will work with you to offer a resolution: replacement, refund, or store credit.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, please note that delivery delays may occur due to:
- Courier delays
- Public holidays or extreme weather events
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- VrindaaVogue is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by external courier companies, natural events, or customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. VrindaaVogue is not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
